Education Trip

If you’re planning a student trip to Orlando, chances are you’ll visit the resident mouse or wizard while there. While we all love the magic or adventure of the theme parks, Orlando has so much more to offer your group. Brimming with extraordinary attractions, Orlando is for students!

Wild Florida Airboats & Gator Park

You can’t go to Florida without seeing some ‘gators!  When your group is ready for adventure, Wild Florida is up for the challenge.  Tucked away in the headwaters of the Florida Everglades and just a short drive from Orlando, Wild Florida is a hidden gem.  U.S. Coast Guard certified airboats skim the waters for an up-close view of alligators, wild hogs, turkey and more.  The Gator and Wildlife Park has more than 200 hundred exotic animals on display as well as interactive programs – perfect for students!

WonderWorks

WonderWorks is an experiment in fun like no other. As soon as the building is visible, it’s clear that things are not as they seem! The upside-down façade is explained as a “once top-secret laboratory located in the Bermuda Triangle.” An experiment gone wrong landed it in its current destination… upended!

Inside, the atmosphere at WonderWorks is charged with fun, excitement and more than 100 interactive displays and exhibits. Science is at the heart of the experience and all activities are geared for maximum play. Challenge your mind, body and imagination in the Wonder Zones. Dazzle your senses with the mystery of magic. Take in a 4D-XD movie or light it up in a black-lit laser tag arena. There’s so much for students to do in this world of “edu-tainment!”

iFLY Orlando

Have you ever dreamed you could fly? Just lift off and soar like a bird? iFLY takes your student group to new heights with an indoor skydiving adventure! Students suit up for a true thrill ride as they experience the power of flight. The vertical wind tunnel is perfect for flyers aged 3 and up and guarantees a great reaction from those hard to impress teens and tweens!

iFLY also offers STEM programs that encourage learning and team building programs that inspire confidence. It’s a win-win!

Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show

If you’re looking for a fun and engaging group activity, “investigate” Sleuth’s Mystery Dinner Show. Sleuth’s is an Orlando staple and favorite among student groups of all sizes. Students are involved in a hilarious whodunit while enjoying a fantastic meal. Shows are audience appropriate and tons of fun – a great introduction to live theater and improvisation!

Kennedy Space Center Complex

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is just a quick jaunt from Orlando. It offers an in-depth look at the birth of space exploration and ongoing missions. Students love going behind the scenes of a working spaceflight facility and exploring the technology behind our race to the moon. They can even strap in for lift off during the Shuttle Launch Experience®!

The Kennedy Space Center also has specialized STEM programs that only NASA can offer.  Students  experience field trips, private educational programs, Overnight Adventures, Camp KSC, and so much more. The possibilities for fun and excitement are truly out of this world!
