Perform at Sound Exchange in Branson or Pigeon Forge
As students return to school this fall, many will be without the sports, clubs and music programs that inspire them. There may be no Friday night lights or tattoo of drums with cheering crowds. Budgets have been cut and restrictions abound. Despite all this, kids still crave the rush performing gives – and Sound Exchange fits the bill! This fall, your students can flex their skills as they perform at Sound Exchange in Branson or Pigeon Forge!
What is Sound Exchange?
Sound Exchange is an energetic, one-day music education program for bands, choirs and orchestras. Expert music educators work directly with students to fine-tune skills through engaging master classes and clinics. Participating groups can choose from:
Ensemble performance enhancement
Sight-reading skills
Performing with a soloist
What is the “Exchange”?
In addition, groups have the unique opportunity to participate in a “performance
exchange.” Students take the stage before their peers and share the experience of sight-reading each other’s literature. An evening dinner event is also included so groups can meet and mingle!
Where and When?
Sound Exchange will be held Saturday, November 7, 2020, in Branson, MO and Pigeon Forge, TN. Directors can choose between the student-friendly locations, each packed with exciting entertainment and attractions.
What Else Can We Do There?
Branson
If you’re planning to stay for more than a day, there’s so much more for your group to do! Branson is an amazing and vibrant town, still brimming with the energy of live shows and entertainment daily but with a youthful edge of activity. It is completely student-friendly and reasonably priced!
Stop at the Titanic Museum, try the go-karts at Track Family Fun Park or ride the coasters at Silver Dollar City. Adventure through Fritz’s, make your way to the Top of the Rock or careen down the mountain on the Runaway Mountain Coaster. So much fun!
Smoky Mountains
Pigeon Forge in the stunning Smoky Mountains is a hub of activity for student groups. Defy gravity at Flyaway Indoor Skydiving or Outdoor Gravity Park. Try whitewater rafting with Smoky Mountain Outdoors or take to the trees with ziplines and ropes at Rafting in the Smokies. Visit the Titanic Museum for a completely interactive experience or get up close and personal with the animals at Ripley’s Aquarium. Fresh air and fun will make your student trip a stand-out!
What Does it Cost?
Sound Exchange won’t break the bank when budgets are tight. The event is only $99 per student and $39 per adult. Extend your trip by contacting the expert planners at Animado Events– they’ll be happy to help you create the perfect itinerary for your music group.
What About Safety?
Sound Exchange staff makes your students’ safety a priority. All COVID-19 social distancing and hygiene protocol will be followed.
It may not be the usual start to the school year, but you can give your students something to look forward to this November. Showcase their talents in a new and exciting way – perform at Sound Exchange!
